Step 1 of 7

It’s really important that you like the person you will be working with. This gets more important the more intimate the working relationship will be. We have all had customers that were able to pay their bills but were a complete pain to work with. In step 1 we make sure we will be working with customers we like. 

Complete the sentence below and create a short paragraph that describes the personal characteristics that you look for in a potential customer. Think back to those customers that have been the most enjoyable and try to list what made them so. If anyone does not have these qualities then steer clear.

Examples - I really enjoy working with a customer when they are respectful of my time and skill, polite, on time and open to suggestions. They are easy to talk to and collaborative in nature. They are casual and non-corporate but still professional.
